Easter weekend is upon us AND it is one of our favourite weekends every year! It is a weekend you can eat your way through - guilt-free and who does not love that? Easter weekend also typically marks the end of summer and the beginning of autumn in New Zealand - many of us enjoy spending the weekend baking, eating, decluttering, eating, doing crafts, spending quality time with family and friends or sneaking in a getaway. Fingers crossed for sunshine!

Easter Cookies

The Molly Woppy Easter cookie range is baked using our iconic gingerbread and shortbread cookie recipes and uses traditional Easter shapes and colours to really get everyone in the festive mood.

Our delicious Shortbread Eggs are hand dipped in chocolate and baked using free-range eggs and NZ butter - they will melt in your mouth as all good shortbread should.

The scrumptious Gingerbread White Choc Dipped Bunny Ears are baked with love using our iconic gingerbread recipe and delight big and little kids alike.

Our Molly Woppy Gingerbread fondant bunnies are iced with sweet green or yellow icing and are perfect for hiding in Easter egg hunts - as is our colourful Bunny Face who is a favourite for kids, baked with our moreish gingerbread recipe then adorned with chocolate buttons.

Easter for us is about sharing love, making memories, eating tasty food, and enjoying quality time with your family and friends. Whether it is catching up with loved ones over a cookie and a coffee, going for a walk on the beach or sitting down to play with the kids – we hope you all have a fabulous long weekend.
