A Chef, A Biscotti & A Dream
Molly Woppy started with a really good biscotti.
Our founder Alistair was working as a chef in one of Auckland’s top restaurants, drawing on years of experience in London kitchens. He brought his biscotti recipe to life here in Aotearoa, and people fell in love with it. So he kept baking. And baking. And eventually, Molly Woppy was born.
